SCF terminals are effective distribution centers for bulk and general cargo as well as liquid cargo. We unload and load cargoes between barges and railcars or trucks.

In addition to direct transfer between river, road and rail transport, we also store bulk and general cargo goods on site across a combined total of more than 550,000 square feet of warehouse and dockside storage locations.

Our terminals handle grain, grain by-products, fertilizer, steel products, liquid cargoes, and other bagged, bulk and general cargo products for a multitude of customers. Cargo Handling Capabilities

SCF is equipped with the latest equipment, including multiple new Sennebogen 875 and 870 material handlers. With this equipment, SCF strives to enhance the customer’s supply chain experience with improved product transfer rates without jeopardizing safety of our employees and customers cargo.

Advanced Logistics

Increasing investment in technology is automating much of the goods handling process and new software approaches to logistics. Real-time cargo tracking and communications is facilitated at our warehouses with the use of barcode and Radio Frequency Identification (“RFID”) capabilities.
